RIN "Finance Gangster" TOHSAKA 【Fate/EXTRA】 ([personal profile] mouflon) wrote in [community profile] xavier_institute_logs2015-02-08 08:37 pm

WHO: Liir, Rin, and Gilgamesh
WHAT: Starting rumors
WHERE: The boys' dormitory, Room 1-3
WHEN: Shortly after Gilgamesh's IC arrival
WARNING(S): Domineering blondes

In the time since Rin and Liir had begun "cooperating," as she so generously put it, Rin had come to be very comfortable in his dorm room. Probably a little too comfortable, and not in a way that involved anything half as exciting as any rumors might suggest. No, it was the kind of comfortable that meant she had no problem taking over his room and treating it as her space, not his or anyone else's.

That included her coming and going, of course. If the door was unlocked, it was fair game, so it shouldn't have been terribly surprising to Liir when she burst in without knocking. Any new roommate who had the un-luck to placed in in the same room, on the other hand...

It was actually enough to give Rin pause. For a brief, horrifying moment, she thought she might have blundered and walked into the wrong room by mistake. But, no, there was Liir too, so she immediately relaxed, stopping just inside the doorway as she looked the newcomer over. In lieu of any proper greeting or introduction, she asked, "Who's this?"

Luckily, Liir had long since learned to not be surprised at anything she did. It was a good thing he didn't cultivate any embarrassing vices and his stuff was boring and his stuff was all cheap and durable. He closed his book, took his feet off his desk.

"He's my roommate. You might have noted the double."

Much unlike Liir, Gilgamesh had not become accustomed to such intrusions into what space he'd be allotted (certainly, an injustice in of itself). More, he was not so casual as to accept a greeting without some proper manners. At least, when the attention was upon him.

But, perhaps that was alluded to. It could be said that Gilgamesh carried the usual markers of old families and older money, but that would be an understatement. That he surrounded himself with a wealth of objects and adorned himself with gold heavy enough to be audible should have been enough indication.

Midway through arranging his desk to his liking, he straightened. The movement was more fluid than it had any right to be, the way he regarded her heavy, considering.

"And who are you, to believe you might come into my room without first knocking?"

Yes, he was basically Liir's opposite in all ways. Haughty where he was morose and self deprecating, bright where he was all earth tones, rich and extravagant where he was poor and cheap. They did share a regard for the privacy of their space, but Liir knew that fighting Rin on that was not worth it.

"Sorry, she just...does this sometimes."
