⊗Never let it be said that Emma didn't know her stuff. Not content with the paltry and tired and cliche decorations Kurt and subjected the students to at previous events, she had completely taken over, using a combination of her wealth and mutant powers to create a sort of bohemian love palace for the students. Dance floor, tables, the finest foods. This was not a party the likes of which they had seen before... unless they were part of the older crowd, and had witnessed Emma at work before.
Was she good or was she good? On the stage, Emma stood proudly, taking each of the auctionable singles to the stage, one by one, and selling off just a fraction of their free time to the highest bidder. And the fact that it was all for charity left the whole situation comfortably guilt and obligation free.
Of course, as the host, she was more focused on the party and its guests as a whole than any particular individuals... Attempts at sneaking off probably would go unremarked upon. Probably.
[[ OOC: Each auction will receive its own top level, as well as a top level for general mingling. PLEASE CONSULT THE PLOTTING POST BEFORE BIDDING ]]

[Not like Raiko cares what's under the skirt. Hell, she wears suits. They'll be perfect.]

[This is the problem when you bid only on people you think you can't be attracted to. Sometimes, mistakes happen.]

How awkward of me. It's merely a colorful expression, not a personal remark, I promise.

Seventy five, then!
If we're going with bold.

And I will counter with a hundred, of course.

[She does feel a little bad about using up so much money. Especially since she's been bidding on so many other people.]

Though he strongly likes her just for the fact that she has.]
How about... one twenty-five. [This.]
no subject
Hmm. I do feel a little bad spending this much but... one fifty!
[
And where are Bridget's LIs, these random people who don't even know him are going to win at this rate.]no subject
Also Luvander really shouldn't get involved in things like this, he's marinated in a super competitive environment for too long.]
Well, I guess I have no choice but to say... two hundred.
[No but seriously, what is even going on here anymore?]

[She's going to bow out gracefully here. She has other auctions to attend to, as well.]

It wasn't often that Greg wasn't sure what gender someone was. At least he was honest enough to know that the nun-like outfit was what made him thing (s)he was cute.
"Four hundred." As he was not sure, he would use the stipend for this one....
shhhh I can have two muses in one thread, watch me
[Because Bridget is fun and nice, and therefore deserves getting bid on. And going to a café or something together might be fun!]
Re: shhhh I can have two muses in one thread, watch me
"I yield to my better, then," he said. He gave a dramatic bow, which would have looked pretty cool.... except that he lifted his walking stick up as he did it...and fell flat on his face. "Clearly I am stopping too low..."

F... five hundred fifty!
[Koshi what are you doing you've never even held that much money before stop]
no subject
-Bridget was... more than just stunned by the amount, but who was tossing down the bid.-

[He has no idea whether to be elated or scared that he apparently won]
