"Yes, of course... but the... political junior officers, so to speak, while they are more visible.. from what I've seen, it rarely accomplishes much to focus on them. They're too easily replaced. I worry more about the one who has grand designs and arranges for them to be realized by those who would do anything to further their careers. Those 'powerful interests' you mentioned."
