If Luvander hadn't spent such a large portion of his life having people trying to make him shut up, perhaps the dismissive attitude would be more effective. But he has, and it isn't. He merely raises his eyebrows a little bit, amused even as he tilts his head and contemplates how best to reply. Not too seriously, since firstly, this guy is way too serious in the first place, and secondly, he doesn't like talking about serious matters much at all. But he doesn't have to be strictly dishonest either.
