I mean, like, they can find you guilty no matter what you plead, or courts kinda wouldn't work, but at least he's owning up a little, I guess?

[Ken hasn't learned about the joys of plea bargains yet, so the idea that Sublime might be able to get off lighter by admitting to it has yet to occur to him.]

It's... I mean, it's kinda complicated. Short answer, yes, long answer, yes but he might have agreed to it to save the court time and if that's the deal they might go easy on him for not being an ass to them.

It's a little messed up, huh? I mean, like I said the courts mostly do it to save the time and money it'd take to convict the guy if he wasn't cooperating. I don't know if that's the deal with Sublime, but I wouldn't be super shocked.
