"She's not just safe. She's everywhere." Came Liir's voice from the other room. He sounded actually happy about it for once.

Zancrow wondered over to Liir's room and stood in the doorway. He really didn't know what was etiquette here. He was already exposed, but wasn't showing symptoms of being infected. Yet.

"Spreading the message," Zancrow agreed. "You know, once you get better I have some ideas to discuss with you."

"Why not now? I have nothing but time."

AKA he was so bored he was going to start chewing on things like one of the ferals if he didn't either die or get better soon.

Zancrow chuckled, walked in, and shut the door behind him softly.

"How would you and the girls feel about spreading her message in a more proactive way?"

Liir staggered up, to the little bathroom, and turned on the faucet. That would protect against your standard audio bug. Nothing to be done if the psychics decided to snoop around.

"A little propaganda of the deed? I'm listening."

"I'm thinking more proactive than that," Zancrow said. "But that's probably a good start."

He stepped further into the room, lowering his voice. "But ultimately, I'm thinking we need to turn this school into a better sanctuary for mutants. Sinister and SHIELD showed that it's too easily breached. You get what I'm saying?"

He wobbled back to his bed and plopped down onto it.

"You want to create another safehouse nearby? It's not a bad bit of misdirection. They're always going to assumed refugees are inside the lower levels, after all."

"I was thinking more along the lines of taking over the school and making it a sanctuary," Zancrow said. "But that's a good back up plan."

Of course, Zancrow hasn't thought much beyond 'take over'

There was a long pause. Liir flopped onto his back. Renko had told him to protect Zancrow but he was beginning to wonder if he was up to the task.

"...Let's focus on setting up our own safehouses first. We're not up to taking on the X-Men in the field yet."

Zancrow gave a grunt. He figured that was what Liir would say. But maybe now that he planted the seed Liir might come around to the idea. He needed to talk to the girls as well.

"Yeah, alright," He cracked his neck. "I have some contacts I can look up, if they haven't been arrested or killed, that can help us with that."

"Good. After that I was thinking it might be time to start hitting the Friends back. An eye for an eye doesn't actually leave the whole world blind. We've still got one left at least."

He grinned, glad to prove Ghandi wrong.

At this Zancrow smiled widely. His crazed, bloodlust smile. Now this was more up his alley. "Sounds like fun." He went into the bath room and turned off the water then said. "Greg mentioned having a friendly match between our teams. I think it would be fun."

Also he wanted to see who's fire was more powerful; his black or Greg's white.

"A rematch? We could very easily lose this one if they drop the pacifism and really gun for us. Still, better to find that out here..."

Why, Liir wondered, was he the only reasonable, non kill-crazy person in this insurgent fanclub?

"Who's all on his team?" Zancrow asked. He sat down in a chair.

Probably because Liir was more sane the rest of them.
