Club Week! [OPEN]

WHO: Everyone!
WHAT: Club Week is underway, and now we have booths set up for people to really recruit and get their ideas out there. Several NPC clubs have been set up as well. Plus, once again, if you want to get in on some X-Men team building, now's a great time for it.

It's about halfway into the second week of school. People are already starting to form friendships, build social circles, and embrace student life on the Xavier campus. The faculty has set up several booths in the foyer after normal classes on Wednesday in order for students to centralize recruiting for their various interest groups. Some familiar names pop up, of course. "Anime Club", "Chess Club", "AV Club", "Soccer Club", "Glee Club", "GSA Club", "Bible Study Club" and others. It's a pretty inclusive school, after all, so why not have a broad representation of interests?

As classes let out, students are encouraged to look around, get involved, and otherwise put forth the foundation of their social lives for the school year. And of course, there's always people looking to put together teams for other purposes, too...

God, I know, right? Okay hold on, I can't do something from nothing, so use these!

[He hands her a plain hat and gloves; a moment later, the gloves are sheer lace with a frill at the wrist, and the hat is a little miniature top hat in wine-colored velvet, with big white feathers coming off. Her clothes, too, change (barring interference) to a slightly modified version of the dress she pointed out.]

Oh my god! [She squeals, a little too high pitched and loud and swivels to throw her arms around him.]

This is so cool! You must have the best super power ever! [She pulls back to pat at the clothing and put on the gloves, her eyes swiveling to his mouth in that way she does when she's paying strict attention] Does it stay like this? Or does it wear off like magic?

[Oh hey, hugs! Feliks grins, squeezing her in return, laughing a little as she pulls away. The praise makes him light up with excitement, too.]

They're pretty rad, right?

It wears off if I'm not around or I'm not paying attention anymore for a while -- but the dress is super cute! Like, what do you think of the color?

It's adorable! And the hat is just perfect, just goes so well. [She holds it up to her hair for his inspection and giggles. The wine color definitely sets off all those green streaks in her hair ] It's like playing dress up but so much easier and satisfying. Everything looks so--so real!

I mean, for now.

[She spins in place, admiring the effect. Sure, the skirts don't really spin out wide and all, but it looks beautiful]

You would be the best for Halloween!

I so am! Like, Fai and I always go together as a set.

[She carefully balances the hat, tongue stuck out as she nudges it over an inch and lets go experimentally. Aha! Success. At least she catches enough of what he said to not have to ask him to repeat it]

He's, like, just the second-coolest guy in school! Next to me, obviously.

He's the new science teacher? And like, he's over there at the Gender and Sexual Minorities table, with the pan pride flag pin on him.

Ohhh. [She turns and looks over there, going on tiptoe to see him and then claps] Oh--Mr. Flourite? Cute!

Way cute! But someone as cute as me should totally have a cute best friend, right?
