's not a matter of strength, mate. It's about skill, intelligence, and dedication to the cause.

Professor Xavier believes in a world where humans and mutants coexist. That's the ultimate goal, and one everyone who is a candidate for the X-Men needs to believe in, and strongly.

I've got a personal investment in that future, m'self.

That'd be a nice world to grow up in... I mean--I'd wanna help too, but I don't really know how I could. I'm not super-smart or good at negotiating or anything like that. [ Or most of his school subjects in general... ]
