For all of the newcomers, welcome to Professor Xavier’s Institute of Higher Learning! For all of our returning students and staff, welcome back! Once Professor Xavier’s welcome speech wraps up, it’s time for everyone to get themselves situated in their dorms and, more importantly, get to know your fellow mutants! Even if you’re not sharing rooms, you’ll still be sharing the same campus with each other, so don’t be afraid to get used to all of those new faces! Or even catch up on old ones! You have options; don’t be afraid to use them.

She forgets about the first part, showing and not showing, because now she's worried about that pause.

"...Just what sort of technicalities are we talking about here that make you have to think about my state of dress?"

She taps her finger on her arm, "Really, I know you like the way I look a biit more than I do, but it's not like I'm going anywhere. You can just look at me."

"There was one time when you were in a towel and another time where you were sleeping under the blanket after we slept together." She was naked, but covered.

"I know I can, but I still like having pictures of you that I can look back on."

She has all the tell tale signs of being flustered. Her fingers are working through the same lock of hair, she's not meeting his eyes and the tips of her ears are red, but she doesn't look that upset.

"I'm trying to better about things like this but it's still embarrassing. Maybe if you asked me? Well--I guess if I'm asleep you can't ask me."

"If I asked you, I'm pretty sure it would have only embarrassed you more and turned into a long conversation. It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission." Though in this case, he wasn't asking for either.

"Just know that I don't show them to anyone. I keep them for my own personal viewing because I like looking back on the things that we have done together or moments that we had."

She makes a little frustrated noise as she bounces up on her toes to kiss him, quickly, more because of the awkward method than any concern about being seen.

"Not that you care about forgiveness. At least ask sometimes and I'll try to say yes. I mean, I'd probably be blushing but that's got to be my natural state at this point."

Kaito grins to her a bit. "It does seem like your face is red like that most days, yeah." He would at least try to give her what she wanted. He wasn't going to make any promises, though.

"So. The skating rink. Maybe the Friday after this upcoming one? I think that should be enough time for us to get settled in and somewhat ready for our jobs as teachers."

"Your fault," She stuck her tongue out, "But yeah, that sounds good to me. Perfect for destressing after getting used to this job. Well--as used to it as I can be in a week."

"Good then. It's a date." Five years. He wondered what the old place was like after five years. Probably hadn't changed much at all.
