For all of the newcomers, welcome to Professor Xavier’s Institute of Higher Learning! For all of our returning students and staff, welcome back! Once Professor Xavier’s welcome speech wraps up, it’s time for everyone to get themselves situated in their dorms and, more importantly, get to know your fellow mutants! Even if you’re not sharing rooms, you’ll still be sharing the same campus with each other, so don’t be afraid to get used to all of those new faces! Or even catch up on old ones! You have options; don’t be afraid to use them.

[Takane's not exactly sure how to handle the whole "meeting other mutants" things, so as much as she'd like to she doesn't exactly make an effort to physically approach anyone.

However, she does eventually decide to start exploring using her powers. With her body unconscious on her bed, she projects herself into her laptop and from there head towards anything nearby that's connected to the internet. Any computer/phone/etc might have this show up on the screen and start looking around.]

[Rude. Someone here is playing video games. You can't just appear on the screen! She might get punched or something buy one of the fighting game characters.]

[Wait, though. She recognizes this. She gives Palutena a slightly judgmental look.]

Yes, yes it is. It's a shame you can't suddenly appear here and play with me. Against the computer, it's kind of boring and the online mode can be a little laggy.

You'd probably just claim I was using my powers to cheat when I kicked your ass, anyway.

I'm just speaking from other experiences here.

I'll assure you, I'm nothing like that. Everyone who plays this game is a friend of mine and I don't treat friends poorly.

As long as you know what you're getting into I guess I can't back down from a challenge.

But it's only fair to warn you that I used to win tournaments and stuff. Like, IRL ones.

[Though not Super Bash Sisters ones specifically. She prefers shooting zombies and stuff.]

I wish you all the luck then. I can't say I've been to a tournament so I don't know if I can accurately judge skill levels from that.

[And after a short pause, any haughtiness is gone as she offers up a question shyly.]

...Where exactly am I going, anyway? I, uh, can't really tell from in here.

The second floor. My door is open so it's easy enough to find.

[And with that she goes offscreen somewhere and seems to be gone.

When she shows up in the flesh some time later, she's likely not too hard to recognize. Just a lot less blue.]
