[It's nighttime on the 22nd, the plot is set, the day has come. It was finally time to break out, to find answers. To find a cure. They wouldn't find anything sitting here. Henry had found nothing while Kurt was getting worse, his flesh beginning to turn from blue to a boiling shade of red. He had know he didn't have much time. He knew it would take a miracle to survive much longer.

Lying in his medical bed with Flik next to him his tail flicks to the side, giving the signal that it was time to begin.

Seconds later, Flik charges straight for Zancrow, screaming at the top of his lungs and as soon as he does, Kurt bamfs from his table, appearing right next to the first person he's getting ready to teleport out.]

[Flik and Zancrow are fighting to provide a distraction, help NPC Beast and company try to keep them away from each other]

[Flik comes tearing across the room right towards Zancrow screaming bloody murder as a bright blue streak of electricity builds behind him sending him charging directly into Zancrow]

IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! YOUR FAULT!

[Zancrow just cackles and begins to hurl fireballs at the speedster, yelling at him in a varity of languages]

[Nightcrawler NPC will be taking you to the boat to prepare for the escape]

[Appearing right next to you, Kurt is ready to go, ready but weak, just jumping from his bed to here had him short of breath, tired and in pain.]

It's time

[Kaede (that was her name, right?) started from idly staring at the wall when a strange sound went off near her, like some colossal capgun. Except that was a person.]

Nyu--huh? For what?

[even though he'd been expected it, Alex still jumped when Nightcrawler teleported in next to him]

You know, you could give someone a heart attack like that.

[Cue a startled Patchy sitting up in her bed.]

...Some warning would be appreciated.

We're going? We're going now?

[Krista sits up in her bed, alarmed... but not actually protesting. After all, escaping to do some real good... It's a risk, but it's a noble risk, isn't it? And that's a tempting idea, for her.]

"Oh, good. I was wondering when someone was going to bring me breakfast."

[Carlyn reaches under the bed, pulling out a knapsack with... Less than Kurt might have expected, given Carlyn's usual behavior. Then again, he'd seen Little Devil in action on a mission before, and she seemed to be going into that mode.]

The Professor won't be happy with us.

I doubt he will, but you'd be surprised.

[His tail flicked to the side, but he was to tired to show too much more surprise. Kurt reached his hand out.]

Eli's clones had been there with the ill, two of them. One with Krista, one moving among the other ill students to try and cheer them up and take care of them. So feel free to pop in on them both.

[Kurt was...a little confused when he encountered two copies of the same person. Did he mess up...?

No, he hadn't gotten either of them out yet. This was something else.]

[Warm up the boat, get comfortable as Wolverine is here to help with the escape seeing as how his best friend is dying and you know him and rules]

[Wolverine is standing leaning against the railing of the boat when Nightcrawler brings you in. Relaxed, hiding the fear he has for his best friend he just nods towards the door to the lower decks as he holds a small black box in his hands]

Get down and find any locators you can find.

Right. Don't want them tracking us before we can even get out to sea. They all look like that?

[He points at the black box in Wolverine's hands. It's easier to find something if you know what it looks like.]

[She's looking at the device in his hands.]

One of the clones hesitated, then approached him, swallowing hard. She didn't want to die. She didn't. But she had to do the right thing. Eli was a good girl, and brave. So she had to be brave and good.

"Um... sir?" she asked softly, "What about me?"

[As soon as she was on the boat, Krista's first priority was the other escaped patients. She approached just about everyone sooner or later, carrying blankets or water.]

Are you holding up alright?

[As Carlyn gets onto the boat, she's walking, and she's moving right for a corner of the deck, out of the immediate way. She figures Wolverine has several students looking for trackers already.]

... No bugs on the bag. Logan's got the boat. That leaves Cerebro, and the Professor calling for SHIELD's help.

No safehouses, no tools... Just pure craftwork.

Not my idea of a fun outing, but it'll have to do.

[As soon as Flik and Zancrow appear on the ship of the deck he collapses into a heap on the floor, bloody and bruised from the experience but still with a bit of a smile cracked across his face. They made it, they would be able to get out, he wouldn't have to die here.]

Fucker packs a punch

[he's just sort of limply sitting against the side of the boat with his head leaned on the railing,]

After she has...woken up, she supposed, Kaede went looking more deliberately for Liir, rather than wandering aimlessly. The movement of the deck while the boat rocked in the water was minor, she supposed, but it was still enough to make her nearly trip and grumble each time. She even tried to grab onto a bar of railing once, and was rewarded with a ripping headache.

Being sick was wonderful.
